Take a ride to hell with Lance Henriksen

Lance Henriksen is probably one of the better known names in horror/sci-fi with movies like Aliens and TV series like Millennium under his belt. Now the icon is poised to release his first comic book, courtesy of publisher Dark Horse comics.

Henriksen is not only the creator, but is also penning the story of To Hell You Ride- a tale about a small town plagued by a terrible curse. As you can imagine, it ain't exactly for kids.

Teased during a thrilling “Drawing on Your Nightmares” panel at San Diego Comic-Con, this new horror series is written by Lance Henriksen and Joseph Maddrey (Nightmares in Red, White and Blue: The Evolution of the American Horror Film), with art by Tom Mandrake. To Hell You Ride marks Lance Henriksen’s comics debut!
A deadly curse plagues the small town of Telluride, melting the flesh from its victims—it’s the violent revenge four warriors set in motion when their sacred burial grounds were disturbed for the sake of gold miners’ greed!

I'm a huge fan of Henriksen and a ton of his projects are genre staples as far as I'm concerned. If his storytelling is as good as his acting, you can count me in in a big way for To Hell You Ride!

December 12th can't come soon enough.

Oh, and by the way- Millennium is one of the best things to have ever graced a television set. Thank you.
